About the role
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in maintaining a high level of resident care at Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
- Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurses or overseeing physicians.
Requirements
- Current license as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of Missouri.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

12-hour shifts.
