• LPN Part/Full Time: $34.75 / Hourly
• RN Part/Full Time: $41.50 / Hourly
• RN- Per Diem: $38.00 / Hourly
• LPN- Per Diem: $30.50 / Hourly

About the role

The Residential Program at People, Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work in a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to individuals in their care, including a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalate and manage crises to maintain the safety of others when necessary.

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are required.
• A TB screening and physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
