LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the Role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an LPN or RN for a Pediatric Home Care Nursing position in Yoder, KS and surrounding areas. This is a private duty nursing role where you will focus on one patient at a time, providing care in the home setting.

• Provide skilled nursing care for children and young adults with complex medical needs
• Work in a one-on-one environment where your skills and presence allow families to stay together
• Build genuine bonds with patients and become a trusted partner to their families
• Help patients thrive in their home environment

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Genuine love for patient-centered care and a desire to make a visible impact
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required (specialized training is provided)

Training & Support

• Hands-on, specialized training provided for all nurses, including new grads
• You will never go into a home feeling unprepared

Schedule

• Weekday shifts
• Consistent schedule options available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts
