LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an LPN or RN to provide pediatric home care in Bel Aire, KS, with weekday overnight shifts available. As a nurse at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, you will have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time and make a meaningful impact on their life.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing for children and young adults with complex medical needs
• Build genuine bonds with patients and become a trusted partner to their families
• Help patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required (specialized training will be provided)
• A heart for patient-centered care
