LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Clayton, NC and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, Angels of Care prides itself on its values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome, training provided!)
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Pay

• LPN: $28-$33 per hour
• RN: $30-$35 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, and weekends).
