About the Role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Pottsville, PA and surrounding areas. We provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home, making a difference in the lives of patients and families. Responsibilities

  • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
  • Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other appropriate personnel.
  • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
  • Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided).
  • Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
  • Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends.
