About the role

Job Duties

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Cookordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
