About the role

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care in patients’ homes, making a difference in the lives of infants, children, adolescents, and their families. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Coordinate care.
  • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
  • Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.

Requirements

  • Active LPN or RN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
  • Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
  • Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
