LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Port St. Lucie, FL and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we are dedicated to providing high-quality home health care for medically fragile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled care in client homes
• Adhere to medical protocols and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for pediatric care and working with vulnerable populations

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcome, but must complete training provided by Angels of Care
• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

$15,000 employer-paid life insurance for full-time employees
