About the role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Care for patients with high-acuity skills such as trach, vent, and G-tube
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (South Carolina)
- Licensure at least 1 year prior to application
Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of pediatric care and home health protocols

Pay
