Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Norristown, PA and surrounding areas. Our nurses deliver direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect and improve the quality of care for the patient.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Capacity to make a positive and lasting impression.
