Pay & Perks

- Premium pay:
- Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
- Weekend Days: +$3/hour
- Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one‑on‑one nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license).
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self‑motivated spirit.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
