Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one‑on‑one nursing care in patients’ homes.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
