LPN/RN Night Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day to day functions.
• Provide supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents.
• Supervise night shift staff and ensure quality care is being provided.
• Aid in administrative duties and shift coordination.
• Cover any call-ins until 12:00 AM, after which the administrator on call will assume responsibility.
• Support floor staff as needed and help resolve shift-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
