Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered resident care
- Support residents with ADLs and daily engagement
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Document and maintain accurate patient information
- Communicate effectively with RN and overseeing physician
