Role Overview: The Center Medical Specialist is responsible for evaluating donor health, ensuring donor suitability, and providing education and counseling. Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, build rapport with donors, maintain confidentiality, assess potential hazards, manage adverse events, evaluate illness or medication history, assist in staff training, and administer employee hepatitis vaccines. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse certification/license as per state requirements, CPR certification, and current licensure.
