About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan
  • Engage residents to check on their wellbeing and communicate any changes in their condition or care plan
  • Collaborate with the team and Health Services Director to assess and document resident conditions at specified intervals

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and passion for working with people
  • Graduate of a state-approved nursing school
  • Current license as a Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse
  • At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care environments
