LPN/RN FT Nights

About the role

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join their team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
• Support residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Caregiver with a heart for serving aging adults
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification

Pay

RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-Time Nights, 10p – 6a. or 6p - 6a, every other weekend
