Responsibilities
- Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
- Maintain human rights at all times.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- Occasionally, de-escalate and manage crises to ensure the safety of others.
Requirements
- MA state valid LPN license or RN License.
- A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
- A TB screening and physical examination is required upon hire and a TB update is needed every two years.

This position works every other Saturday and Sunday from 9am-11pm.

LPN: $42.25 RN: $43.50
