Role: Center Medical Specialist in plasma donation centers, responsible for ensuring donor health and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform physical examinations and assess donor medical history to determine eligibility.Build rapport with donors to promote satisfaction and confidentiality.Educate donors on health topics and counseling on unacceptable test results.Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.Assess history of illness or medication use to ensure continued suitability.Assist in employee training and administer employee hepatitis vaccination programs. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse, Vocational Nurse, or Registered Nurse certification/licensure as per state requirements.Current CPR certification. Key Duties Perform donor evaluations, education, and counseling.Manage adverse events and injuries.Ensure compliance with confidentiality and safety protocols.Support staff training and vaccination programs.
