As an LPN or RN, you will play an important role in providing quality nursing care, supporting residents, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive outcomes and quality of life. Nursing Responsibilities As an LPN or RN, you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support while ensuring compliance with facility policies, healthcare regulations, and professional nursing standards. Key Duties Include: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plansSupervise and coordinate resident care with CNAs and other nursing staffAdminister medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventionsMonitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare team membersEnsure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationAssist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planningCollaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team membersProvide guidance, support, and clinical direction to nursing staffPromote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of lifeMaintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practicesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team Qualifications Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent and active LPN or RN license in the State of MontanaStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environmentCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Preferred: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursingKnowledge of medication administration, treatment planning, assessments, and clinical documentationExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsPrevious experience supervising or coordinating nursing staff Why Aspen Meadows?
