About the Role

RegalCare at Lowell is committed to providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home‑like setting. The LPN/RN position is full‑time, 11 p.m. – 7 a.m., and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents in accordance with RegalCare at Lowell's policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform routine vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Requirements

• LPN or RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

$21 – $23.5 per hour.
