LPN - Rehab Unit

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and clinical skills. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in patient management.Utilize training provided to ensure high-quality care.Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.Participate in specialty area education as needed. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN license in good standing in Arkansas.Healthcare CPR certification.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NALS may be required for certain units, with training provided.
