About the Role
Deliver safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and clinical skills under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in patient management.
- Utilize training provided to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Participate in specialty area education as needed.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing in Arkansas.
- Healthcare CPR certification.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NALS may be required for certain units, with training provided.
