Responsibilities

• Administering medications
• Providing therapy and interventions
• Aiding in treatment plans to support patient recovery
• Ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Required: 30-hour IV Certification
• PREFERRED: One year of experience as an LPN
• PREFERRED: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care

Qualifications
