Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse! Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Maintain professional accountability for patient care, ensuring coordination across departments for optimal outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.Experience can be either new or seasoned.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, P.E.A.R.L.E., IV certification) may be required based on unit needs.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care activities requiring reaching, kneeling, and twisting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing skills and protocols.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain professional accountability and adhere to safety and quality standards.
