LPN - PT Nights/Weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, and prevention coordination of services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Organize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments appropriately.
• Show dedication to seniors and their well-being.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years experience in assisted living or nursing home setting.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
