Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, and prevention coordination of services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Organize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments appropriately.
- Show dedication to seniors and their well-being.
- Work nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Two years LPN experience required.
- Two years experience in assisted living or nursing home setting.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- A dedication to seniors and their well-being.
- The ability to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current LPN license.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
