About the role
In this role you will transport residents on scheduled trips and special events, monitor the condition of the vehicle, and coordinate necessary maintenance as required. PRN weekend shifts: 8-hour/PRN. Must work 1 weekend a month and 1 week day a month. DailyPay available at $36-37/HR.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication to residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
- Handle admissions of new residents, including all admission assessments and documentation.
- Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
- Track clinical systems (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
- Provide consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
- Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and document properly.
- Respond quickly to all emergencies.
- Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
- Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
- Understand your role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
- Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention, equipment preservation, and safe working practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Handle discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
- 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
- Must have a current Licensed Practical Nurse’s License in the state of practice.
- Must be CPR Certified.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs.

Pay
$36-37 per hour.
