LPN - PRN

Responsibilities

• Completes patient medication pass safely
• Completes Q-15 minute rounds and vital signs
• Affords assistance with treatment plans
• Performs medication reconciliation at discharge
• Conducts weekly MAR change-over
• Performs 24 hour chart checks
• Performs other assigned documentation
• Conducts daily nursing groups on the units
• Performs other tasks as assigned by nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Prior experience as an LPN preferred
• Prior experience in psychiatry nursing preferred
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures, the nursing process, medications and their correct administration
