LPN PRN $32/hr

About the Role

Bradford Recovery Center, an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center providing short-term, evidence-based care, is seeking organized, motivated PRN LPNs to join our team. We offer individualized treatment for adults (18+) impacted by substance use disorder, addiction, and co-occurring mental or behavioral health challenges in an optimal healing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care using the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice to carry out care plan objectives and goals.
• Role model customer service expectations and demonstrate urgency related to patient safety.
• Collaborate with the team to meet patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs; address and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide basic patient comfort and implement nursing interventions tailored to individual needs to progress toward wellness and maintain it.
• Discuss care with patients, listen to their concerns, and report status changes to registered nurses and doctors.
• Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, coworkers, and others involved in treatment.
• Safely deliver medication in accordance with policies, procedures, physician orders, and current practice.
• Maintain professional nursing standards aligned with facility policies, external governing bodies, and psychiatric nursing standards.
• Ensure thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of patient symptoms, responses, and progress.
• Perform other assigned functions and tasks.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience within the clinical area of service preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training available upon hire).
• First aid certification may be required based on state or facility.

Schedule

Available shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (PRN).
