About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services following prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms to identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the respective state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional nursing experience.
