About the role

Our Philadelphia office is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to infant/pediatric and adult/geriatric clients during evening hours. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting clients after school and work hours.

We have a strong need for nurses in the following evening shifts:

• Pediatric case: 4:30p–11:00p, Tuesday–Saturday (19104)
• Adult case: 3p–11p, Tuesdays (19149)
• Adult case: 2p–10p, every other Sunday (19138)
• Adult case: 4p–8p, Monday–Sunday (19131)

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform nursing skills with autonomy in the home setting

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule

• 3p–11p shift available
• PRN, part-time, or full-time options—work as little as one shift per week

Pay

$30–35 per hour
