LPN - Practical Nurse - Gastroenterology

Role Overview: The Clinic Nurse supports primary care providers by delivering patient-centered care in outpatient settings. Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Assist with minor procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and prepare related paperwork. Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under provider supervision. Maintain a clean, organized environment, ensure asepsis, and set up examination rooms. Communicate effectively with patients and providers, responding to patient questions and prioritizing care needs. Follow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accuracy and completion, supporting continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Experience levels vary; both new and experienced LPNs are welcome. Strong clinical support, communication, organization, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
