About the role

Join our award-winning team as a Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Skilled Nursing department. You’ll deliver specialized care to patients across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. With autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology as part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

Pay

• $29.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
• $34.40 - $38.40 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift
• $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay
• Yearly wage increases
• Overtime after 8 hours

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• No mandatory overtime (overtime after 8 hours)

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Michigan
• Current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare care plans and implement nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care
