LPN - Per Diem

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assisting with activities of daily living, coordinating care with healthcare team, and performing additional duties as needed.
