About the role

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Fall River, Taunton, and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

• Valid MA state LPN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter.

Pay

$32.00 per hour (per diem).
