LPN Per Diem

About the role

People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. We provide unique opportunities to people with life challenges through specialized, integrated programs. Our Residential Program is seeking compassionate LPN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Fall River, Taunton, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and facilitate family visitations.
• Distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain safety.

Requirements

• Valid MA state LPN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, with TB updates every two years thereafter.

Pay

$32.00 per hour (per diem).
