LPN - Per Diem

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton Roads, VA, working on a per diem basis with competitive pay of $37-$39/hour. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes.Perform wound care and patient education.Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with healthcare team members.Perform additional duties as required by the facility. Qualifications And Skills Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.PPD within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
