Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
• Carry out personalized care plans with attention and empathy
• Monitor and document patient health and progress
• Support families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
• Provide specialized care (trach, vent, G‑tube) with training available

Requirements

• A licensed LPN in Massachusetts
• Driven by compassion and a desire to serve others
• Committed to patient‑centered, relationship‑based care
• Reliable, attentive, and emotionally intelligent
• Experience in pediatrics or homecare is a plus—but heart matters most

Pay

Hourly Pay: $39 - $42 per hour (flexible overtime available)
