About the role

Job Duties
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
