About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their homes and potentially in school settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide care in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect and interpret data to identify nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
