About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a gtube in their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide services according to prescribed orders, monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes, and document diagnoses and care details.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from team members.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.

- Strong clinical assessment skills.

- Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
