LPN Patient Navigator
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Reports to: Program Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (metadata, maybe minor, can be short p or drop)
- Dedicate yourself... (intro)
- Our Mission: ... (maybe part of About Us)
- About Us: description of WRAAA.
- Core values list.
- Candidates we love... (list)
- What Our Staff Loves About Us… (benefits list)
- Position Summary: description.
- Job Duties: list of duties.
- Qualifications: list.
- Then "If you are interested..." (application instruction) remove.
- EEO boilerplate remove.
We need sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary?), Responsibilities (Job Duties), Requirements (Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe from qualifications?), Benefits (What Our Staff Loves About Us), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no pay or schedule info, we should not include those sections.
We need to decide which headings to use. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose among those. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: could be Position Summary (description of role). That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: Job Duties list.
- Requirements: maybe Qualifications (licensure, experience, driver's license, etc.) Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we could split: Requirements (hard requirements) and Qualifications (preferred?). However posting lumps them together. Could just have one section: Requirements (or Qualifications). But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can have Requirements (licensure, experience, driver's license, etc.) and Skills (interpersonal, communication, organization, etc.). The qualifications list includes both hard requirements and skills. We could separate: Requirements (licensure, experience, driver's license, ability to travel, documentation) and Skills (interviewing, listening, interpersonal, written communication, organization, independence, flexibility, multicultural, medical terminology, detail oriented). That seems reasonable.
- Benefits: What Our Staff Loves About Us list.
- About Us: maybe not a heading but could be part of About the role? But we have About the role heading for position summary; we could also include About Us as a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are those eight. So we should not add extra headings like About Us. We could incorporate About Us into About the role? But About the role is supposed to be about the role, not the organization. However we could still include About Us as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay but maybe better to keep About the role as Position Summary only. The About Us description could be placed as a
before sections, not under a heading. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use for section headings (e.g those). Likely they expect only those headings. We can include other content as
without heading. Thus output:
Reports to: Program Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
maybe minor metadata; we can include as short p. Then maybe aabout mission and about us? Could combine. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include mission, about us, core values, candidates we love, etc. Those are substantive. Where to put them? Could be under a heading like "About the organization"? Not allowed. Could be under "About the role"? Might be odd but we could include them as paragraphs before the sections. Better: we can include a
About the role and put position summary there. Then preceding paragraphs about mission, about us, core values, candidates we love could be placed as
before that heading. That's acceptable. Now we need to format lists with
- .
Let's extract content.
Mission: "We provide choices for people to live independently in the place they want to call home."

Job Duties: list each duty.
Qualifications: list.
We need to split into Requirements and Skills.
Let's parse qualifications paragraph:

We could also include "Knowledge of use of general office equipment and computer skills" as skill.
Now Benefits: list.
Now we need to output HTML fragment.
