Responsibilities
- Adhere to the outlined care plan
- Document tasks, observations, and client outcomes
- Support quality care by implementing, monitoring, and following quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements
- Current Mississippi or Compact State LPN license
- One or more years of nursing experience
- Experience in the personal care home industry preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
