LPN - Part Time, Weekend, Day Shift

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN direction, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights. Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains confidentiality. Works on a Medical/Surgical unit caring for adults with common diagnoses such as infections, chest pain, and COVID, developing skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation and acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact state
• BLS certification

Preferred qualifications

• Hospital experience
• BSN
• Additional certifications or licensure

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform various nursing duties
