LPN - PART TIME - Jefferson Elementary - Eastlake
About the role
At PSI, Medical Assistants in schools are part of the school community. You’ll have clear expectations, structured support, and consistent schedules.
Why Medical Assistants choose school‑based roles at PSI: no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no summer work required (though available for some), predictable daily schedule, relationship‑based care (not task‑based clinical pace), and the opportunity to truly know your students and families.
Why Medical Assistants stay at PSI: family‑friendly schedule and true work‑life balance, benefits available at 30+ hours/week, PTO, 401(k) with company contributions after the first year, mentorship and onboarding support, professional development opportunities, and supportive leadership.
School clinic setting: independent clinic role with school team collaboration, consistent daily schedule, clear protocols and district health guidelines in place, and PSI support available for clinical or workflow questions.
