About the role
The community is seeking a LPN to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
- Include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation
- Maintain monitoring of the client’s condition
- Coordinate health promotion and prevention services
Requirements
- Two years LPN experience required
- Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care
- Show good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate effective organization, time management, and communication skills
- Be able to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks
- Show dedication to seniors and their well-being
- Work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
