Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in homecare, providing direct patient care in the home setting. Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, support care plans, and deliver personalized care to adult and pediatric patients. Qualifications: Active LPN license, current BLS certification, with preferred experience of 1+ year. Key Duties: Provide direct care, support patient wellbeing, and ensure adherence to care plans.
