LPN Part-Time

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

About the Role

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, including supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.

Schedule

• Part-Time: 2pm–10pm on Sunday and Monday

Pay

Rate range: $31–$39 per hour

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check
