Job Summary
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) part-time to join our Health Center team. Our LPNs/LPNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." They ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. They help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

- Part-Time Positions Available
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 4 shifts per pay period, Every other weekend
- Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 2 shifts per pay period, Every other weekend
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts!
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Benefits
- Base Pay: $31–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Shift & Weekend Differentials: Evening Shift Differential +$3.00/hour, Night Shift Differential +$2.00/hour, Weekend Differential +$3.00/hour
