LPN Part Time 6am-6pm

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Louisville East Post Acute. This position offers flexible hours, including 6am to 6pm weekdays and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise nursing assistants in accordance with facility standards
• Plan and implement resident care regimens
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
• Complete accident/incident reports
• Chart nursing services and resident progress
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in the state of [State]
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience in long-term care preferred
